We coordinate recurring and preventive needs, from gutters and roof care to fireplace service, window washing, systems checks, and other work that may fall on a less-than-annual schedule.

Thoughtful remodel of the spaces that need more than a repair, without taking on an extensive renovation of the entire house — kitchens, baths, entries, utility spaces, custom built-ins, and other focused areas where function, finish, and construction all need attention.
